Job Responsibility:
Assist guests and team members with menu items
Assist servers in all aspects of the dining experience including running food, table maintenance and beverage service
Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
Ensure that all tables are presentable, with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen
Adhere to safety guidelines and follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Requirements:
Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant or food and beverage setting
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
