The Seasonal Server Assistant – Room Service supports the In Room Dining team in delivering an exceptional in-room guest experience. This role contributes to smooth and efficient service by assisting with the delivery, setup, and clearing of food and beverage orders, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in line with Four Seasons service excellence. This role is part of the Food & Beverage department and reports to the Room Service Manager.
Job Responsibility
Assists with the delivery and professional setup of food and beverage orders to guest rooms
Prepares, sets up, clears, and cleans trays, tables, linens, and service equipment
Retrieves trays after service, ensuring guest corridors remain clean and organized
Maintains cleanliness and organization of service areas, pantries, and stations
Follows all safety, hygiene, and Four Seasons service standards while supporting team operations
Requirements
Hotel and Tourism Vocational High School graduate or equivalent education
No prior experience required
entry-level role with training provided
Good communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexible to work shifts and physically able to carry service trays safely
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage
