Job Responsibility:

  • Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
  • Deliver in store services with confidence (e.g., welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided
  • Supporting the Team
  • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
  • Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
  • Delivering Efficiency
  • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
