Job Description:

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is in search of friendly and energetic Seasonal Pool Attendants / Technicians to join our team this summer. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our beautiful pool area while providing exceptional service to our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making people smile, this is the perfect job for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
  • Keep the pool area sparkling clean and inviting for our guests, ensuring a pristine and safe environment
  • Assist with setting up and organizing poolside furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities as needed
  • Engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns with a smile
  • Monitor the pool area for cleanliness and safety, promptly addressing any issues that arise
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
  • Handle moderate physical tasks, including pushing and pulling pool equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for guest service
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, walk and stand for long periods and push and pull moderate weight
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
