Seasonal Pool Server

• Serve guests in pool area
• remove trays and complete guest requests
• offer pre-determined menu selections
• communicate guest orders to F&B Manager and/or kitchen
• check completed kitchen orders with guest's original order
• transport items to guest table/guestroom
• communicate options for tray removal
• stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items
• assist in preparation of smaller items
• anticipate guest needs
• set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations
• close guest checks
• assist all guests
• maintain cleanliness in pool area
• respond to hotel emergencies
• clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver

• Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
• excellent communication skills
• positive attitude
• willing to learn
• 1-2 years serving experience preferred
• flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• work authorization for the location is required
