Requirements

Minimum of two years' experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
fluent in English
ability to work cohesively with co-workers
ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
must be available to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays
ability to do heavy lifting
work in a fast pace environment
flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
working knowledge of Micros system

Job Responsibility

Greet each guest promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact and a smile
provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service following state and city alcohol law and Four Seasons standards
maintain complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
ensure all details of service are performed properly and every guest receives the highest quality of service
perform additional side duties
assist in absence of Pool server if necessary
