Job Responsibility

Planning, designing, organizing and scheduling a continuing program of athletic recreational activities for all ages youth through adult
Supervising yearly staff of activity coordinators and seasonal staff of waterfront directors, beach supervisors, lifeguards, gate attendants, tennis instructors, playground counselors and parking enforcement officers
Training of staff to meet required certifications for job description ie. Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED, First Aid etc
Scheduling and conducting interviews for year round and seasonal job openings and making recommendations to the Recreation Director
Maintaining records of certification on file

Job Responsibility

Oversee service of guest amenities (towels, cold towels, juices, fruits, and other items) to ensure Four Seasons standards are met
Assist guests with seating, towels, and inform them about hotel amenities, pool services, and food & beverage options
Escort patrons to/from spa facilities as required
Maintain pool deck cleanliness, safety, and organization of pool equipment
Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other amenities as needed
Utilize the hotel computer system for sales, check printing, closing checks, and end-of-day reporting
Conduct all opening & closing procedures for the pool, including keys, cabinets, amenities, and towel setup
Serve and clear beverages and complimentary items unobtrusively and professionally
Set up, move, and maintain pool deck equipment, umbrellas, heaters, and evening lighting
Collaborate with third-party lifeguards to ensure wet area safety
