Job Responsibility

Greet tenants and visitors warmly, leaving a positive impression every time
Keep reception tidy and organised, managing post and deliveries
Answer calls for the company and virtual tenants, transferring or taking messages
Programme fobs/access cards and ensure reception is always manned
Provide day-to-day assistance to tenants across the portfolio
Respond quickly to office and building queries, coordinating maintenance requests
Host seasonal client events in reception
Complete daily building checks and maintain company standards
Report and action maintenance issues promptly
Prepare show offices and communal areas for viewings
