Glendale is recruiting Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support our teams across Somerset and Dorset during the busy spring and summer season. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working outdoors, want physical work that keeps you fit, or are looking for seasonal employment alongside studies, travel plans, or other commitments. You’ll be working as part of a grounds maintenance team, carrying out essential outdoor works across utility sites, housing, and green spaces. No two days are the same, and you’ll be based outside. You’ll be given full training, PPE, and support, and you’ll always be working with experienced team members.
