Are you an experienced Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative, looking for Fixed Term work based in Stockbridge Village and surrounding areas? We can offer you £26,208.00 per annum, pro rata! Join Liberty and help the communities we serve! Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. End of contract period: 30th October 2026

Job Responsibility:

Undertake grounds maintenance work to areas and properties as per customers specifications relevant to the area
Carry out duties with full regarding to Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and Customer Service and Performance Policies
Leave grounds clean and safe upon completion of jobs and re-filling systems

Requirements:

Grounds maintenance experience
Good level of education
Strong commitment to high quality customer service and commitment to social housing
Evidence of strong commitment to quality opportunity policies and practices
Willingness to work outside normal office hours

Monitor grain in storage and maintain condition with aeration or turning
Oversee the weighing and grading of grain before it is dumped
Perform all duties in a safe environmentally compliant manner
Ensure grain facilities are well maintained by adhering to a strict maintenance schedule
Repair and rebuild equipment
Clean and prepare storage facilities including grain bins and ground piles
Load trains when shipping grain to a customer facility (if at a rail loading facility)
Visually monitor grain and grain products for irregularities
