Seasonal Full-Time Room Service Server

• Answer guest calls, take orders and requests, and prepare trays with a strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the MICROS system
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, using your genuine and authentic personality to create a memorable in‑room dining experience
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management
• Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, assisting the IRD team and supporting other F&B outlets as needed

• 1+ years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Availability to work through the season- from DOH through October (approximately)
