Job Description:

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our In-Room Dining (IRD) team- a coordinator who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create an exceptional IRD experience by warmly answering calls, taking accurate orders, handling guest requests, and supporting servers with tray setup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked IRD area
  • Adapt quickly and multitask effectively, solving problems with professionalism, accommodating special requests
  • Deliver excellence with attention to every detail and pride in your craft, ensuring accuracy in the Micros system for flawless order execution
  • Work collaboratively as a supportive team member committed to shared success, assisting the IRD team and other F&B outlets as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • Ability to drive a golf cart
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Availability to work through the season- from DOH through October (approximately)
  • US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
