Seasonal Full-time Pool Supervisor position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. The role involves leading pool operations, supporting all F&B outlets, developing staff, and delivering a luxury guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Play a key role in developing F&B staff through Four Seasons service standards, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently deliver excellence
Provide leadership within pool operations and seamlessly extend support across all F&B outlets in response to operational demands
Build strong, authentic connections with staff to foster a positive and engaged team culture
Clearly communicate information to staff, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions that elevate the guest experience
Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and coach staff to confidently share ingredient details and engaging menu descriptions
Commit to continuous learning, expanding your expertise in food and beverage products
Perform additional administrative duties, including inventories, scheduling, and menu planning
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or related work
Strong F&B knowledge and server skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and move around the pool and hotel area for the entire shift
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications
