Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our F&B team- a server who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

Job Responsibility

  • Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and consistent hospitality that aligns with Four Seasons standards of excellence
  • Demonstrate and continually expand knowledge of our full beverage program- including wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits- and confidently share detailed ingredient and preparation information in a way that excites and inspires
  • Anticipate guest needs with a keen sense of awareness and presence, ensuring satisfaction through timely and thoughtful responses to questions or concerns
  • Accurately close guest checks, process payments, and properly handle voids or complimentary items in accordance with hotel procedures
  • Set up and conclude daily pool operations by arranging chairs, tables, umbrellas, and towels with impeccable attention to detail
  • Keep the pool and surrounding area pristine and clear of debris
  • Greet and seat guests at their preferred location and offer towels and amenities as needed, creating a relaxing and comfortable experience
  • Clear guest areas after departure, including removing used towels, glassware, dishes, and other items to maintain cleanliness and order

Requirements

  • 1+ years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and move around the pool area for the entire shift
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work through the season- from DOH through October (approximately)
