Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Front Office team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle all incoming calls and correspondence, including room and spa reservations, gift card inquiries, IRD orders, and internal requests
  • Coordinate guest requests with internal departments and external vendors, resolving issues proactively and escalating when needed
  • Process reservations accurately, ensuring complete guest profiles and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques
  • Assist with employee comp requests, friends‑and‑family rate bookings, and reservations emails
  • Manage daily reports, WRO/TRUST bookings, room blocks, and online gift card orders
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel offerings, seasonal changes, and procedures
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while maintaining a calm, professional, and collaborative demeanor
  • Support colleagues and management during high‑volume periods and complete assigned tasks as needed, such as assisting with checking in and out guests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proficiency with computers and online systems- Opera, Book for Time, Open Table experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English receptive and productive skills
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
