Job Responsibility:
Handle all incoming calls and correspondence, including room and spa reservations, gift card inquiries, IRD orders, and internal requests
Coordinate guest requests with internal departments and external vendors, resolving issues proactively and escalating when needed
Process reservations accurately, ensuring complete guest profiles and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques
Assist with employee comp requests, friends‑and‑family rate bookings, and reservations emails
Manage daily reports, WRO/TRUST bookings, room blocks, and online gift card orders
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel offerings, seasonal changes, and procedures
Uphold Four Seasons standards while maintaining a calm, professional, and collaborative demeanor
Support colleagues and management during high‑volume periods and complete assigned tasks as needed, such as assisting with checking in and out guests
Requirements:
2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Proficiency with computers and online systems- Opera, Book for Time, Open Table experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English receptive and productive skills
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
