As we head into our busiest season, we're looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer‑focused individuals to join our summer team to assist on the bar and in the restaurant. Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming guests and delivering exceptional customer service in the restaurant and bar
  • Assisting with summer events, including outdoor dining, live music, and private functions
  • Helping maintain a clean, organised, and inviting visitor environment

Requirements

  • A friendly, positive attitude and confidence engaging with visitors
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially on busy weekends
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
  • Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
  • Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the role
