Job Responsibility
Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and plating
Create seasonal, locally inspired, and innovative menus
Lead, train, and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to ensure profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the season
