Job Description:

Join us for the 2026 crushing season! Play an important role in supporting Mill operations during the crushing period (May/June to December). Various operator positions available in Mill operations and Cane Supply & Transport team. Potential to earn over $50,000 in 22 weeks.

Job Responsibility:

  • General Mill Worker: cleaning, hosing, removing chokes from equipment across all factory levels
  • Weighbridge Operators: weighing cane and data entry
  • Operators: monitor Juice Circuit to ensure efficient crushing
  • Control Chemist: analyse mill products for quality
  • Juice Chemist: perform analysis for cane payment
  • Loco Driver: transport sugarcane from farms to factories
  • Loco Driver Assistant: assist driver with services, assemble rakes of cane bins, inspections, tagging defective bins
  • Tractor Operators: shunt/move cane bins into factory
  • Cane Rail Labourer: maintain and repair rail network

Requirements:

  • High-Risk Work Licences

  • Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (for Laboratory employees)
