Job Description

Seasonal Chef to support our busy kitchen team over the Christmas period. This is a temporary role to help maintain smooth kitchen operations and service during one of our busiest times of the year.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the kitchen team with prep and service
  • Support food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Work under the direction of senior chefs
  • Lead the kitchen during service on alternate weekends
  • Oversee food prep, cooking, plating, and service
  • Ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen
  • Confident running a small kitchen during busy periods
  • Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Food hygiene certificate is a plus
