Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
CPR certified

Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment
Must be comfortable working 'hands-on' with kids
Must obtain camp-certified status from the HQ Training and Certification team

Job Responsibility

Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team
Must be able to ensure camp both start and ends on schedule and follow the appropriate pace of curriculum
Greet students as well as parent(s)/guardian(s) as they arrive to camp
Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading camp
Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various exercises
Keep an accurate record of attendance at all times
Ensure cleanliness of the center including the lobby, bathrooms, and blue floors
Effectively use the KS Coach's App to record class data and provide records of data for parents
Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack
Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
