The MetroWest YMCA Outdoor Center is seeking an energetic, organized, and mission-driven Seasonal Summer Aquatics Director to oversee all aquatics operations during the summer camp season at our beautiful 122-acre Outdoor Center in Hopkinton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, enjoys mentoring staff, and understands that aquatics is about far more than supervision. This position requires flexible scheduling based on program needs. Expected schedule includes early mornings, some evenings, rotating weekends, and variable hours based on weather, staffing, lessons and camp schedules.
