We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Seasonal Administrative Support Specialist to assist our client's team supporting peak spring/summer demand. This is a temporary role supporting logistics, HR, and purchasing functions in a laid‑back, casual office environment. The day‑to‑day work will vary based on business needs, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning processes quickly, and taking ownership of their work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform high-volume data entry and complete administrative forms
  • Send documentation to vendors and customers
  • Match invoices for services rendered and paid
  • Assist with a recurring vendor credit report process
  • Support logistics, HR, and purchasing teams with various administrative and ad-hoc tasks
  • Review information for accuracy and consistency
  • flag items that “don’t look right”

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, dependable work ethic
