Working under the guidance of Managers and/or Partners, this role will provide administrative support to both clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team with opportunities for growth across a multi-state firm. This is an on-site position. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the whole office during the fast-paced tax season. Learning opportunities include: Your role may expand into other areas of the firm based on demonstrated technical strengths, responsiveness, and proactivity. Future roles as an administrative assistant or entry-level associate may be offered depending on job performance in this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Digitizing confidential documents into CCH Software
  • Communicating with clients about tax returns
  • Reception duties using Microsoft Office suite/apps
  • Supporting the general administrative needs of a busy professional office in a high-end business setting

Requirements:

  • Completed one or more years of coursework at an accredited college with an administrative-related major, tracking toward a degree or certificate
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
  • Professional presence and experience, actively supporting teammates and clients
  • The ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously: organized multitasking
