Job Description:

Search Product Intern position at IKEA's IT & Digital Solutions department, working to find new digital solutions for business needs and help make IKEA a great and efficient place to work

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate workshops including user interview, requirement grooming, user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems
Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field
Part-time interns who can commit at least 2 working days a week
Bilingual with both English and Mandarin
Need to adapt to the English working environment
Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
Good time management and coordination skills to get things done on schedule
Adaptable, open-minded
