Search Engine Optimizer/Marketer (SEO/SEM)

• Analyze and evaluate indexed pages to identify opportunities for improved search engine optimization and structure
• Collaborate with an external SEO/SEM agency to implement effective strategies and enhancements
• Optimize existing blog posts to boost search visibility, relevance, and user engagement
• Provide actionable recommendations for on-page and technical SEO improvements
• Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and drive targeted traffic
• Monitor website performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Develop and execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools to support broader digital marketing efforts
• Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance

• Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, including both technical and on-page optimization
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Marketo
• Experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns effectively
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to achieve shared goals
• Prior experience in the legal or other highly regulated industries is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
