Join an in-house Paid Media team that functions like an internal media agency, providing strategic guidance and implementation expertise across multiple channels for various lines of business. We're looking for an experienced and autonomous Search Engine Marketing Consultant to take full ownership of search campaigns for key accounts, including a bookings-focused platform and a high-end corporate travel service. This is a hands-on role equivalent to an Agency Supervisor, where you'll develop, execute, and manage all aspects of large-scale, acquisition-focused search programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of search campaigns, from strategy development and hands-on implementation to final reporting and budget reconciliation
  • Manage multi-million dollar annual budgets (preferably $5M-$15M campaigns)
  • Serve as the primary liaison, professionally managing client relationships with internal stakeholders and presenting performance metrics and optimization recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build and execute robust testing plans to drive positive business outcomes
  • Adhere to firmwide processes and team protocols while fostering partnerships for knowledge sharing
  • Oversee all aspects of search campaigns from concept through execution and reporting, ensuring high quality and attention to detail
  • Support the development of search marketing plans
  • Execute and manage implementation hands-on
  • Manage financial aspects accurately, from forecasting to budget reconciliation
  • Professionally manage client relationships and set realistic expectations
  • Deliver effective communications and presentations with poise and confidence, both over the phone and in person
  • Engage in insightful and meaningful dialogue with LOBs about their search programs
  • Identify key issues facing clients and develop recommended approaches
  • Foster partnerships with internal teams to promote knowledge sharing and learning across LOBs
  • Adhere to client Firmwide processes and Paid Media team protocols

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of search experience (not SEO), preferably within an agency or in-house search team, managing large-scale programs
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Search Ads 360, with demonstrated hands-on platform execution capabilities
  • A proven ability to deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting raw data, drawing conclusions, and creating actionable recommendations
  • Google Ads certification and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage in meaningful dialogue with business stakeholders
  • 5+ years experience in Paid Search (SEM/PPC - managing Google Ads), NOT SEO, preferably within an agency or in-house search team, managing large-scale programs

Nice to have:

Financial, e-commerce, or pharma industry experience is a plus
