Are you skilled in sewing and garment repairs? Do you have experience with industrial sewing machines and workwear garment repairs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our specialist team at phs Besafe, part of phs Group, the UK’s leading Hygiene Services provider. This is a rare chance to become part of a friendly, supportive team in our Wickford branch.

Job Responsibility:

Inspecting garments for damage and repairs
Logging repairs onto our database
Repairing garments using industrial sewing machines
Folding and packing garments correctly for delivery
Assisting with laundry operations when required
Disposing of condemned garments appropriately

Requirements:

Experience repairing garments (protective clothing experience is a plus)
Skilled in using industrial sewing machines
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Positive attitude and commitment to quality work

Nice to have:

Protective clothing experience
