Job Responsibility

Execution and coordination of freight forwarding orders in international sea transport
Ensuring the appropriate selection of subcontractors, negotiating rates and terms of cooperation with service providers (road and intermodal carriers, shipping lines, customs agencies, etc.)
Developing relationships with clients
Ensuring the quality of provided services
Building relationships with newly acquired clients
Preparing price offers for quotations/tenders together with the sales specialist and TL manager, developing alternative solutions, and ensuring their compliance with customer requirements
Preparing freight forwarding documentation as well as documentation for export and import customs clearance
Daily cooperation with the company's operational departments, Astra's international offices, and other AsstrA’s divisions
Monitoring the implementation of KPIs
