Job Description:

This role is for SEA Demand Planner, include but not limited to: Organize and facilitate SEA S&OP meeting between commercial team, Finance, supply chain and operation team. Conduct monthly SEA demand/Capacity Review with site planning and plant team. Identify potential capacity issue and address in advance. To collect, verify and consolidate demand forecast from SEA countries commercial teams in order to generate draft demand planning at monthly basis. Run statistics demand forecast with tools (GIB etc), simulate, calibrate, verify, and finalize and Upload into SAP demand management. Timely change forecast and update extra demand as needed to identify market/product shifts and trends. Focus on forecast accuracy %, identify variances and conduct root cause investigation and continue improve on forecast accuracy. Worked with planning and operations teams to align forecasts with inventory strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 2.3+ year experience in material planning/production scheduling under Industrial/Manufacturing background
  • Good skills in computer and office software, especial Excel and or word
  • Good English skills of oral and written (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Good communication and Coordination, quick response and actions oriented, diligent, responsible, patient & careful.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in ERP like SAP system operation
  • Chemical, Mathematical education background, good at logicality, sensitive to data/number
  • Skilled at ERP platform operation, such as SAP master data maintenance experience is plus
  • Willing to take initiatives, like challenges job and seek continual improvement and strive for excellence is a plus.
