The SE&O Lead role for Thailand & Vietnam unlocks a more integrated, strategic operating model across the subsidiary. Leveraging pinned resources from the region, it drives cohesive execution across Sales, Marketing and Partner teams — aligning operational levers, unifying customer experiences, and using data-driven insights to accelerate demand generation and pipeline growth. The pace of AI adoption demands immediate change in how we drive GTM directly and with partners at scale — embedding marketing earlier in planning and execution and orchestrating across functions and partners. Acting as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Partners and Operations, the role drives accountability for end-to-end performance, grows marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline through integrated GTM, and improves operational agility to respond to market signals. Team Purpose & True North: Our purpose: we help sellers and partners get ready to sell, and customers ready to buy.
