SE Intern position at The Westin Nanjing Xuanwu Lake focused on guest services operations, answering and processing guest requests via various communication channels, operating telephone systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction through follow-up and information provision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices
  • Operate telephone switchboard
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls
  • Connect and direct calls to appropriate extensions
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
  • Log guest requests or issues into computer
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments
