Job Description:

This is a new position at Glorium, and the person stepping into it will build the SDR & Partnership Manager function from the ground up. The focus of the role is to create a clear partnership model with non-competitive and service companies who will represent Glorium at industry events around the world. You will take ownership of creating a full marketing enablement bundle for partners, overseeing event execution, ensuring message consistency across all regions, and establishing tracking systems for KPIs, OKRs, and ROI. Your work will set the foundation for a scalable global field marketing engine.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and executing a partnership model for non-competitive IT and service companies to act as local representatives at events
  • Developing and managing a global field marketing strategy that covers trade shows, conferences, and industry meetups
  • Coordinating local field activations through partners, including co-branded events, workshops, and networking activities
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of a marketing enablement bundle for partners, such as pitch decks, service overviews, case studies, event materials, email templates, social kits, and localized assets
  • Onboarding, training, and supporting partners to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality representation of Glorium’s services
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue impact
  • Tracking the performance of events and partnerships, producing OKR and KPI reporting, and optimizing strategies based on results

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or B2B event marketing, preferably within IT services or technology outsourcing
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology, service delivery models, and partner ecosystems
  • Proven ability to manage international event presence and collaborate effectively with external partners
  • Experience creating and managing marketing enablement assets
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in ROI tracking and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, especially across global audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as ClickUp, Jira, and Pipedrive
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • English is Upper-Intermediate
