We are seeking a skilled SDN Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance for Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring optimal network performance across global environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service reliability and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibility:
