Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SDE 3 Engineer, this role functions as a Team Lead. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with deep expertise in either frontend or backend engineering, and proven leadership experience. You will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, guiding the team, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding them through technical decisions, architectural design, code quality, and performance optimization
  • Development Ownership: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions in your area of expertise (frontend, backend, or full stack), leveraging modern frameworks and cloud technologies
  • Project Ownership: Own the delivery of key features and initiatives
  • ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business goals, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, implement testing strategies, and promote best practices in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to propose new solutions and improvements
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation to support team onboarding and future development

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on software development experience
  • at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role
  • strong expertise in either frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Vue.js) or backend development (Node.js, Python, or equivalent)
  • proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous architectures
  • solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
  • strong grasp of system design, software architecture, and microservices-based systems
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Agile development methodologies
  • experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • full stack experience across frontend and backend
