This role is responsible for establishing and managing projects to deliver desired business outcomes. The Scrum Master will lead a variety of projects, including large-scale application development, systems integration, and process reengineering. This position is responsible for the end-to-end technology delivery of assigned projects and serves as the primary point of escalation for technology issues, driving overall execution and managing stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Lead projects utilizing various methodologies including Agile and Scrum
Manage multiple projects, potentially with end-to-end responsibility for the work effort
Partner with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables
Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques
Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines
Guide projects through all phases, ensuring standards and processes are followed
Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues
Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings, including formulating agendas and documenting minutes and action items
Requirements:
7+ years of end-to-end project management experience
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Bitbucket
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
An Agile Certification is required
Nice to have:
A Bachelor’s degree
PMP Certification
Familiarity with SAFe methodology
Experience working in the financial industry
