We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Scrum Master to join our client in Adelaide for an Initial 12 months engagement with the high possibility for extension. In this role, you will champion delivery excellence, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high quality outcomes across key corporate and departmental initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Guide and mentor project delivery teams on Agile practices
Facilitate core delivery ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Support teams in developing self-organisation, cross-functional capabilities and clear communication channels
Act as a servant leader for delivery teams assigned to high-priority corporate projects and departmental initiatives
Proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks
Foster an environment focused on automation, innovative thinking and continuous team improvement
Coordinate collaboration and maintain alignment between Project Sponsors, management stakeholders and business units
Partner with Product Owners to refine their responsibilities, streamline backlog management and maximise organisational value
Contribute to the broader maturity and capability uplift of the organisational delivery framework
Requirements
Demonstrated experience navigating blended Agile and Waterfall environments
Strong project leadership capabilities
A diverse background spanning business analysis, comprehensive documentation, reporting and operational service delivery models
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-centric approach to problem solving combined with experience steering enterprise-scale change initiatives
