Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate and guide the Scrum process to ensure team alignment with Agile principles
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team’s delivery aligns with business goals
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on delivery
  • Track progress through metrics like burndown charts and provide actionable insights to the team

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and life cycles
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
