Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding Agile practices, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of project goals.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities
Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles
Promote Agile values and contribute to the Scrum community
Identify and eliminate team impediments
Coordinate timelines and deliverables
Support teams in implementing changes effectively
Foster a positive and productive team spirit
Resolve conflicts and encourage continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience working with Scrum teams
Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies
Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation
Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation
Fluent in English
French at least B2 level
