Job Description:

A Scrum Master facilitates Agile practices to help teams deliver value efficiently. They coach the team on Scrum principles, remove impediments, foster collaboration, and continuously improve processes to ensure smooth, predictable delivery and a high-performing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement tailored Agile approaches, lead all Scrum ceremonies with energy and purpose
  • Use Agile metrics (e.g. flow, predictability, quality, team health) to enable transparency, inspection, and data-informed improvement at team and stakeholder level
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests effectively
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
  • Mentor Product Owners, Developers, QA and stakeholders to reach their full Agile potential
  • Champion self-organization and drive cultural transformation within community
  • Elevate team maturity through hands-on coaching
  • Shield teams from disruptions, scope change and conflicting priorities
  • Identify and eliminate impediments swiftly to maintain team momentum
  • Ensure Agile principles are understood, embraced and practiced by all
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency
  • Implement feedback loops to evolve processes and build digital capabilities
  • Support structured change by identifying risks, managing organizational impediments, and enabling sustainable adoption of Agile ways of working
  • Ensure sprint deliverables consistently meet quality standards
  • Create an environment where teams take ownership and love what they build
  • Work with teams to define and monitor Definition of Done and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

  • 6+ years as a Scrum Master in IT or related industries
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe experience is a plus)
  • Proven coaching abilities with strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Leadership mindset with exceptional situational awareness
  • Hands-on experience with change management principles and practices
  • Mastery of visual meeting techniques and collaborative tools
  • Outstanding communication skills with international, cross-functional teams
  • Solution-focused approach to challenges and roadblocks
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM1(Profesional Scrum Master1) or equivalent certification
  • Additional Agile-related trainings
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Project and Delivery Managers to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations—while preserving team autonomy
