Scrum Master

• To be proficient in eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating business needs into actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Additionally, to be experienced in the role of a Scrum Master, with expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, resolving impediments, integrating business analysis practices with the principles of Scrum for effective and efficient project practices
