Scrum Master

• Ensure that Scrum processes run smoothly across product teams
• Facilitate and monitor sprint ceremonies — planning, daily stand-ups, groomings, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives — keeping teams aligned and focused
• Guarantee that sprint reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time
• Oversee grooming sessions, ensuring they’re well-prepared and productive
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developer Leads to ensure high-quality, timely plannings
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

• 2–3+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing delivery processes
• Proven experience managing delivery across both web and mobile applications
• Hands-on experience in B2C product development — ideally apps with active user bases and regular release cycles
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and ability to manage multiple delivery streams in parallel
• Proficiency with Jira
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, structured mindset — able to anticipate issues and keep teams accountable
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in tech- or product-led companies with cross-functional teams is a strong plus
