Job Responsibility

  • Manage and drive all Scrum events for release planning, sprint execution, and delivery across multiple teams
  • Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and established best practices across teams
  • Oversee compliance requirements at both organizational and release levels
  • Collaborate closely with Development Leads, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery
  • Act as a bridge between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Handle resource capacity planning and allocation across projects/releases
  • Track, monitor, and report development progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and driving their resolution
  • Ensure security and quality compliance through code reviews, code optimization, and analysis of SonarQube reports
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking to ensure predictable and timely releases
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through retrospectives and performance tracking

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum)
  • Experience in release management and multi-team coordination
  • Hands-on experience with resource capacity planning and team utilization
  • Familiarity with code quality and security practices, including tools like SonarQube
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
