Job Responsibility

Track sprint health and team performance using Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, impediment logs, and sprint progress reporting.
Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, analysts, and technical team members to support backlog readiness and sprint execution.
Identify, escalate, and help remove roadblocks impacting team delivery and sprint commitments.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile Scrum methodology, roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospective follow-up, team feedback, and process optimization.
Support planning and coordination across initiatives involving data platforms, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
Help ensure transparency around delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and team capacity.
