Job Responsibility

Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and technical execution
Support continuous improvement across squads by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and quality standards, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency
Track metrics (velocity, burn-down, lead time) to drive data-informed decisions and enhance team performance
Contribute to the long-term vision of scalable and efficient product delivery across the organization
