Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Scrum Master / Project Delivery Lead. This hybrid role focuses on Agile methodologies and is crucial for the smooth delivery of our projects. The candidate will manage Jira items, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and handle project risks and dependencies.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all user stories, tasks, bugs, and other Jira items are clearly, concisely, and comprehensively documented, including acceptance criteria, business value, and technical details where appropriate
work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints
generate reports and maintain dashboards in Jira to provide stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date visibility into project progress, team velocity, and burndown
act as a central point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies
facilitate effective communication within the team and with external groups
identify, track, and manage project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies
assist in detailed release planning, track progress against delivery milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
proven experience (5+ years) as a Scrum Master in an enterprise software development environment
strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
demonstrable expertise in Jira administration and meticulous management of project items, including advanced query skills and dashboard creation
excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or equivalent)
experience with technical requirements analysis
experience in a regulated industry or large enterprise environment
