Job Responsibility:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support team collaboration across cross-functional teams
Manage flow of work in a dynamic environment, balancing planned and unplanned tasks
Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and data workflows, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery
Apply Kanban practices and flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, lead time) to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery
Proactively identify and remove blockers impacting delivery
Partner with Product Owners, analysts, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations
Track and analyze delivery metrics using tools like Jira, ensuring transparency and visibility
Support teams operating in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in enterprise environments
Experience working with Data & Analytics teams (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, BI/reporting)
Strong understanding of flow-based delivery (Kanban) and experience with WIP, cycle time, lead time
Experience working in dynamic, non-linear environments with a high volume of ad-hoc work
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with Jira (boards, dashboards, metrics)
Upper-intermediate+ English
Nice to have:
Scrum certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe
Experience in healthcare or other regulated domains
Familiarity with Azure-based data platforms
Experience introducing or scaling flow metrics and Kanban practices in data teams
