Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identifying gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guiding them toward best practices
  • Coaching the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles
  • Promoting and maintaining a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus
  • Supporting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable the team’s success
  • Encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role for 2+ years
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices
  • Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles
  • Experience in team development and coaching practices
  • Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above
