Job Responsibility:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Identifying gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guiding them toward best practices
Coaching the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles
Promoting and maintaining a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus
Supporting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable the team’s success
Encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team

Requirements:

Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role for 2+ years
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Proven experience in identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices
Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles
Experience in team development and coaching practices
Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above
