Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting platform or product teams
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply lean or Kanban practices to optimize flow
Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog management, boards, dashboards, and reporting
Strong servant‑leadership mindset with excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching capabilities
Ability to manage and coordinate dependencies across areas such as security, networking, identity, endpoint management, and collaboration services
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder‑management abilities
Nice to have:
Professional certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, SASM, or Kanban (KMP)
experience with scaled agile frameworks is beneficial
Practical familiarity with modern digital workplace ecosystems, including collaboration tools, content platforms, and endpoint management solutions
Exposure to ITSM/ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and concepts related to service reliability or SRE practices
Experience working in complex, regulated, or large‑scale enterprise environments
Comfort working with value and metric frameworks such as OKRs, DORA/Accelerate metrics, digital experience (DEX/EX) measures, and satisfaction indicators like CSAT or NPS
