Job Description:

This industry-leading Retail Technology company in Ville Saint-Laurent is looking for a Scrum Master.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Product Owner in managing and maintaining product backlogs sprints and issues
Monitor progress (team/project/production support), advise on production support), advise on project initiatives and communicate communicate status to product stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring adequate communication between product product
Ensure the quality of communications (frequency, adaptation to the context and product, etc.)
Regular reporting on project progress. Escalate risks and define project scope if necessary
Prepare and lead Scrum Ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, etc.)
Ensures quality of deliverables
Motivates troops and removes blockers
Continuously improve development teams and apply management best management practices
Tracks multiple projects (sprint reports, budget, schedule, invoicing, etc.)
Facilitate project start-up workshops

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience
3 to 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in project management technical/IT
Experience with enterprise resource planning software for project management
Is a good motivator
Good communication skills
Able to manage priorities
Autonomous and resourceful
Adapts well in a changing environment
Adheres to Scrum/agile methodology
Bilingualism required (French and English)
