Scrum Master

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to ensure alignment and commitment across teams
• Support teams in estimating capacity and velocity for upcoming sprints and breaking down features into manageable user stories
• Use historical data to forecast future sprints and PI planning
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality increments at the end of each sprint
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve dependencies to avoid delays
• Promote effective communication and collaboration within and across teams

• Experienced in working with international, distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, organisation, and prioritisation with proven ability to produce detailed plans
• Strong communicator with mentoring capabilities and a proactive, collaborative approach
• Knowledgeable in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
• Holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in a Scrum team
• Familiar with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and delivery tools (JIRA, ADO, Confluence)

Certifications such as CSM or PSM are a plus
